HOLLOWPIXEL ACADEMY PROGRAMME

Our Academy programme is currently in full swing!

In collaboration with Creative Wales, Welsh Gov and Gower College. We are training 6 fresh creatives in the dark arts of Blender, and Studio pipelines.

And we are doing it almost entirely remotely, preparing our team for the workplaces of the future.

As well as receiving the best CG training available, our apprentices are fully paid and on completing the 12 months of training will receive level 4 & 5 Higher apprenticeship qualifications and then embark on a 2-month work placement in one of Wales’ leading studios.

This initiative is the first of its kind in Wales, as well as the world’s first Blender-centric apprenticeship. This initiative aims to explore solutions to filling the Skillsgap, tackle the diversity shortfall, and explore alternate routes to creative careers.
